sunny and i decided to have a little bit of fun with the camera the other day:

i have committed a HUGE foul, so apologies in advance to all of you grandparents out there. i sat in on sunny's dance class the other day and quickly found out that i had no juice in my camera battery!!! the horror! this is all of the footage i was able to get. i can tell you two things: 1- i will return and make it up to all of you, and 2- that class was the cutest thing ever, like eye burning cute.

after wills went to sleep we got to have some sunset time with our big girl.



ian tried (quite successfully i may add) to duplicate the "wills camera smile".

wills achieved his peak moment of the trip on saturday afternoon. he discovered that he could play and sit in the mud...heaven. sunny decided to skip the digging and do a little fishing. yummy meal she planned for us, huh?




sunny and runa could not have been cuter playing peekaboo. as soon as we discovered the girls, they were ready for another round!

serious packing people, hours of packing for a three day trip!




there was some peek-a-boo action in the car on the way,




and a sweet nap (that of course did not last long enough).




we even stopped at a dq in burnet for an afternoon treat. i don't think wills opened his mouth enough for the ice cream to get in.

we have been on lots of camping trips, but none have been more challenging, or more awesome. not even close. wow.
