we were all really missing our humble family, so we made a spring trip to visit!  one of the highlights of our trip was a visit to the museum of natural sciences, where there was a brand new exhibit of dinosaur fossils!  awesomeness!

we got to have passover in san angelo which was awesome!  notice the cool passover outfits provided by heidi and ross (you can't see sunny's but it is a picture of two matzos holding hands, classic!).

I also want to take this opportunity to congratulate ross and heidi on their ENGAGEMENT!!!  we are thrilled to have heidi in our family, way to go ross!  we love y'all!

the day we drove home from san angelo we were lucky to be invited to join in on brynna's easter.  bryanna and her family our not only great friends, but they live right across the street!

our big boy is 3!!!! hooray for wills!!

it was quite the build up to the big day this year. each morning at breakfast wills would report that he dreamed about his birthday. every time he thought of a cool toy or game, we wanted it for his birthday. every friend and family member would be reminded that his birthday was coming... and finally it did (though, he did not turn 5 as we thought he would, but three is still a mighty big number)! our boy had a blast! now the waiting until the next birthday begins...


Of course there was a piñata, picked out by wills. its' iron man! (or idol man, as wills pronounces it)
before the beating began, wills gave his friend a big hug and kiss.
